About Property
Private villas and cottages on a riverside hillock near Corbett’s Sitabani zone, with a pool, lawn bonfires and a warm welcome for pets.
Forest Vilas sits on a small hillock at the edge of Corbett National Park, beside a cobblestoned riverbed and a freshwater stream. Four private villas and two cottages are set around a swimming pool, open lawns and a deck that looks out over the river.
The retreat is run by a host who has spent close to two decades exploring this forest. Mornings start with birdsong (more than 80 species have been spotted on and around the property) and evenings end around a fire on the lawn.
Rooms range from 450 to 650 sq ft, and each has a private porch with a swing. Villas look out over the pool or the forest, and some have open-to-sky bathtubs and showers. The cottages have a star-gazing bed and glass-ceiling rain showers.
Families, couples and pet parents are all welcome. There’s a kids’ pool, indoor games and leaf-and-rock painting for children, and bowls and bedding for pets. Meals are home-style Kumaoni and multi-cuisine, cooked with locally sourced produce.
